Becoming a member appraiser

To become a member of LocateAppraisers.com only a couple of steps are required. The first is to create a username and password for your profile. This will be the method used for signing in to edit your profile. The next step is to decide which area best fits your companies abilities. If your company provides services in an immediate area, you may want to select the 5 county option for coverage. If your company covers a larger area, a full state listing may make more sense for you. Select the appropriate service and enter the billing and credit card information that is specific to your card.

Entering a profile

Once you create a username and password and receive a confirmation on screen of your billing information, you can begin creating your profile.  Remember any fields with an asterisk (*) are required fields.

To begin, enter all contact information you would like lenders to use to contact you. This should include name, company name, address, email, phone, fax and website address if applicable.

Use the browse button to identify a .jpeg, .jpg, .gif or other file to add a picture, company logo, or anything that you would like to help identify your company. You can  preview what this will look like with the view button. The color format for this image must be RGB and the optimum image size is 300 x 300 pixels.

Enter the license types for your company.

Enter a business description for your company that will be used as the main body for your profile. Feel free to use quite a bit of space for your profile.

Next define what state for which you will be providing service. Only one state is available per profile. If you would like multiple states, you will need to create multiple profiles for your company. Information like business description can be copied and pasted into the other profiles using the Ctrl-C function to copy and Ctrl-V function to paste. Next, if you have chosen and paid for an entire state listing, that will be automatically created. If you chose the 5 county listing choice, choose up to 5 counties you would like to be listed for providing services.

Click submit and your profile is ready to go.
